Frequently asked questions
Information to get started

Find answers about sending documents, quotations, notarization and delivery. For specific requirements, Sen Vang is ready to discuss your actual documents.

Sending documents & quotations

What information do you need for a translation quote?

Send original files or clear scans and specify the target language, intended use and preferred deadline. State any notarization, authentication or multiple-copy requirements so we can advise on the correct scope.

Why do you need to review the documents before confirming the cost?

Costs depend on language pair, volume, subject, source quality, formatting, deadline and additional services. Sen Vang reviews the documents and clarifies your requirements before discussing the cost.

Can I submit documents online with multiple attachments?

Yes. The contact form accepts text documents, PDFs, images and other common formats. Select up to 10 files with a combined size of no more than 20 MB and add a description to help our team review them.

Can you translate scans, PDFs or photographs?

Sen Vang can review these formats and advise. Send clear, complete pages without cropped content. Faint text, handwriting or complex layouts may require clarification before work is confirmed.

Can I ask for advice if I do not know which service I need?

Describe the documents, intended destination and receiving organization's requirements. Sen Vang will help identify the appropriate translation, proofreading, notarization or procedural support.

Notarization & documents for overseas use

What is the difference between translation and notarized translation?

Translation transfers content into another language. Certification or notarization is a separate step depending on the documents and intended use. Tell us where the documents will be submitted so we can advise on the appropriate service scope.

Do I need to bring original documents when asking for a quote?

You can send scans or photographs for an initial review and advice. Any requirement for originals, copies or supporting documents will be confirmed according to your case and procedure before work begins.

Will every receiving organization accept the translation?

Organizations and countries have different requirements for language, certification, copies and document validity. Provide the receiving party's instructions so we can advise accordingly; one form of translation should not be assumed suitable everywhere.

Do documents for overseas use always need consular legalization?

This cannot be decided from the document name alone. Share the country, receiving organization, intended use and instructions you have received so our team can check and advise on the steps for your case.

Timing, quality & delivery

Do you offer urgent or same-day translation?

Availability depends on the language, volume, complexity and notarization requirements. Call 0912 416 646 and send your documents with the deadline so our team can check before confirming a schedule.

Can I send a glossary or previous translations?

Yes. Glossaries, brand guidelines and approved translations help maintain consistency. Attach them and state any conventions to preserve so they can be included in the agreed scope.

Will the translation keep the original layout?

Delivery formatting is agreed according to the file type and intended use. Documents with many tables, images, drawings or non-editable files need an initial review to clarify layout work and any related cost.

How do I request clarification or changes after receiving a translation?

Contact your project coordinator with the document name and passage you wish to discuss. Changes or additions are compared with the source and agreed scope so we can advise on the appropriate next step.

How do I contact Sen Vang and provide invoicing information?

Call 0912 416 646, use the contact form or email kinhdoanh@dichthuatsenvang.vn. If you need an invoice, tell us when confirming your order for guidance on providing the information.
